Due to an overwhelming number of donation and sponsorship requests that total several hundred per year , Feast! has adopted the following policies and submission guidelines. The purpose of these guidelines is not to deter requests, but to better facilitate and manage our donation and sponsorship program. Please read the following information closely and adhere to these guidelines when submitting your request.
Donations will only be made to causes that are within the realm of local food production and that support our mission: to connect local farmers, food producers and consumers by sourcing and endorsing hand-made, local and seasonal foods. By doing this, we promote the sustainability of farmland and family food businesses.
Approval of your donation request is contingent on whether or not the request meets our focus outlined in the above paragraph, and whether or not Feast! still has the funds available in our monthly donations budget.
All donations in 2010 will be made in the form of Feast! gift cards. The cards can be redeemed at our location for all goods and services that we provide.
Requests are reviewed monthly by the Feast! management team. All requests submitted by the 15th of each month will be reviewed and decided upon by the 30th of the same month. Please do not contact us to check on the status of your application. If your organization has been granted a donation, you will receive a letter in the mail that contains the approved gift card.
Organizations will not be granted more than one request per year, so that we can attempt to help as many organizations as possible.

We are not able to review telephone, fax, or paper submissions or inquiries. Unsolicited letters and printed information sent through the mail will be recycled upon receipt and will not be reviewed.
