Out of a bevy of outstanding cheeses handmade in the commonwealth, we’ve chosen our favorites. They are delicious and handmade by local cheesemakers from the fresh milk of their happy, pasture-raised animals.

Our own handmade version of the south’s favorite cheddar spread. Made from a family recipe, this blend of Cheddar cheese, roasted red peppers, peppadews, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise and secret seasonings pair perfectly with your favorite cracker or veggie.
feast! VIDALIA ONION JAM
Made with Georgia-grown sweet Vidalia onions, imported balsamic vinegar and a blend of cane and brown sugars, this jam is at once savory, sweet and slightly tangy. Serve atop cheddar, blue cheese or warm brie, slather on sandwiches, or use it as a glaze for pork and poultry
World-class salami. Oliviero “Olli” Colmignoli uses family recipes passed down through four generations and pork from pigs raised on family-owned sustainable farms.

A protein packed snack blend of our in-house roasted Marcona almonds and tart, sun-dried Michigan cherries. Delicious on their own, with cheeses, or tossed in a fresh salad.
feast! CABERNET FRANC
Our first vintage feast! wine. Made from locally grown Cabernet franc grapes and expertly crafted by our friend, winemaker Riaan Rossouw. Pairs perfectly with sheep’s milk cheeses and cured meats.

Pressed from the fruit of Laconiko olive trees that are planted in the sandy beaches of Southern Greece, right outside of Sparta. The sand is nature’s best filtration system, thus eliminating impurities that may be present and assuring olives that are of the highest quality. 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
feast! CRYSTAL PYRAMIDS SALT
This jar of Crystal Pyrramids salt is harvested from salt beds on the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in Andalucia, Spain. Simply crush the salt pyramids in your fingers and sprinkle atop any dish for a deliciously crunchy finishing touch.
SEA SALT CARAMELS
For many years, Robin Béquet made caramel for her friends and family as a connoisseur of fine confections. Despite high praise for the caramel, it remained just a hobby… until the telecom crash of 2001 when her 25 year career in technology ended unexpectedly. She then wondered if this hobby might become a livelihood. Robin was only interested in basing a business on her treats if she could create the most delicious caramel available. In December of 2001, Robin launched Béquet Confections in Bozeman, Montana.
Handmade at Hunt Country Foods, an all woman run bakery and confectionery, located on a hilltop farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains. This is the finest dark chocolate sprinkled liberally with crushed peppermint candies.
