Bloody Blue Ridge is an annual small-batch release that celebrates the end of the harvest season here in Virginia. This 2020 batch of Bloodys was made in partnership with our friends at The Shack in Staunton, VA and Catbird Sauce Co. in Charlottesville, VA.
With local heirloom tomato juice, habaneros, miso and tamari Worcestershire, and sweet-and-spicy sorghum hot sauce, Bloody Blue Ridge is rich, spicy, and tangy with tons of umami.
Ingredients: Fresh tomatoes, apple cider vinegar, The Shack's Sorghum Hot Sauce, Catbird Sauce Co.'s Worcestershire Sauce, habanero peppers, tomato paste, spices. Vegan and gluten-free.
