L'Amuse Signature Gouda is a Dutch cheese made from pasteurised cow's milk, at the Cono cheesemaking, Northern Holland and it is considered as the best of all goudas. The wheels of this cheese are hand-selected and sent for further maturation at L'Amuse cheese shop, where the wheels are matured for 2 years at warm temperatures. This allows cheese to develop a deep amber paste with crunchy protein crystals and a fully rounded flavour - nutty, buttery, salty with the hints of caramel and hazelnuts.
