Little Hat Creek Farm is a vegetable farm and bakery in Roseland, Virginia.  Their bread, pastries, and crackers are wood-fired in a brick oven.  In collaboration with the Common Grain Alliance (a Mid-Atlantic community of grain producers and millers) most of their flour, and all of their grain is either certified organic or grown sustainably (and without glyphosate).  These hearty, crunchy, rosemary crackers are perfectly paired with spreadable cheese or chevre.
