DaMorgada Trout are farmed using a natural, closed-in stream, constantly running and fed by mountain springs. The result is a 100% natural product, with no preservatives and additives and a high source of Omega 3.  Excellent in salads or crackers with strong cheeses or folded into a cream sauce and blended into a pasta dish.
